Dear Ken, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing performance last night at the Cairnwood Summer Wine Tasting.  Our guests raved about the music and it blows my mind that you were able to get the crowd dancing.  Your band turned a simple wine tasting into a memorable party!  Also – your band members are so professional, kind and easy to work with.  It is refreshing to meet a group that you know is having fun and truly enjoying the event as much as we are.  It truly was a magnificent night and I hope to see you again at Cairnwood very soon. Cairnwood Estate will open its doors Thursday, August 14 for a romantic end-of-the summer evening including a wine tasting showcasing wines from around the world, entertainment by the band Funktion from Philly Event Group, and a chance to explore the Beaux Arts-style mansion and its lush grounds. Visitors are invited  to experience the grandeur of the “Gilded Age” from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Co-hosting the event is Frank’s Union Wine Mart of Wilmington, Delaware, which will provide international wines. Imported and domestic cheeses will be among the fare offered by Jamie Hollander Gourmet Catering. Admission to the Summer Wine Tasting is $25; Members receive 1/2 price admission to all events. Limited tickets are available. Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling 215-947-2004 or by sending an e-mail to info@cairnwood.org. Guests must be 21 years old or older to attend.
