One of the most important factors in any relationship is trust. This trust extends well beyond your personal relationships into everyone and every business in your life.  Take an event that is Very important to you and those that are a part of that day you will find that this quality far outweighs almost everything. We felt this message is important to pass on to you on how we view our duties on to you. There are many, many questions that arise when seeking a business/vendor to be part of your big day.  Our promise and delivery of and exceeding the best service is our goal.  "To Move You" is our mission.  In light of that we begin our delivery of service at the very first conversation with honest and fair pricing that unfortunately is a rare commodity these days.  

Below are a few of the most commonly asked questions we hope you will find helpful:


Are The musicians I see going to be the ones at my affair?  

Yes. In the event a musician is unable to make your event, it is our job to inform you a replacement player may be there for the event. We do ensure that this "sub" player is equally as good and talented as the one you may have seen. Fortunately this does not happen very often unless a dire emergency or a tragedy in that musicians family.

How much do you charge?

Our prices are extremely fair and competitive. Because we range in pieces from 8-12, so does our pricing.  
     We have no Agent or booking fees as we are a self contained entertainment company. We believe the excess of 20% charged is unfair to you. We are not knocking agents, many do a fine job working with clients- however, 20% is the typical booking fee on top of the cost of the band.
     We do not pay facilities to be referred from. It is a common practice today for vendors to pay a commission of 10-15% of every performance booked and referred by a venue.  We believe this is an unnecessary cost to you and are pleased to not take part in this practice.

That being said, our prices range from $5000-$8000 for one of the TOP band in the tristate area.

We do not charge you a cost for rehearsing for your big day, musical arrangements, consultations, administrative work, outfits, or anything else. The only time we may add a cost would be for travel if over a certain distance or if there is a very particular and unique reqest-Everything we discuss and agree to is in the contract with no extras or hidden costs.  This is our promise and what is fair to YOU.

As per above- we are already roughly 30% less than many. 

Will you learn my songs?
Of course- Never a cost. In fact we will learn 3 first dances and up to 3 songs that you may want to hear during the night as well as intro music!!

What time will you arrive?


Arrival-Sound team: 2 hours before cocktail hour

Attire
Dress is always formal unless directed otherwise


Ceremonies:
We do them frequently! Almost any combination or soloist!

Volume:
Never an issue! Professional sound and professionalism ensures we keep the volume at a place enjoyable by all!!

How long will the band play?   How many breaks will the band take between sets?The above example is for a typical 5 hour event that includes cocktails. Generally we take 2 breaks in a given evening.. One for a meal and the second later in the night. The dinner break is generally about 15 minutes and the latter about 5 minutes. Recorded music is set for both.. We do this as its a brief dynamic change in the evening and the fellows get refreshed to kick your party up in to high gear. Furthermore, we put on background music of your choice rather than leave a keyboardist up on stage to keep it more lively. Of course, if you wish to keep it live, we can accommodate.

Your contact is the Band Leader
You will be chatting with the bandleader, the trumpeter as well as your contact at the venue on your big day..That is yours truly... This ensures no details overlooked and truly is the personal touch!

Will the band leader act as emcee during the reception?Generally no.. Our lead singer is prepped on all the details with me. THERE is NO One as good or as exciting as our vocalist delivering the introductions and announcements with style and excitement!

Type of MusicEasy one-- diversity is king. Only a few things we do not do is hard rock and some rap. Not a whole lot but Yes we do country too!!
What many say make us great is the ability to do virtually any genre in a given night and set
Current top 40, R & B, Rock, Jazz, Ballads, Disco, Motown, 50's, Swing, and Latin
*Ceremonies include classical as well as contemporary

When working on the event and the itinerary, we work with you to learn your likes and dislikes.. Very important we know both!!
